Becoming You' is a six-part documentary series which follows children from all corners of the earth during their first 2000 days of life. Through the lens of a child’s point of view and stunning cinematography, we watch as they develop a sense of self, language, emotion, motor, and problem-solving skills. While there is an educational nature to this series, at its core, it’s the universal story of all humanity which reveals that we are all innately connected through our development process.
Creatively my intension was to focus on our universal and connected story, evoking a sense of wonder and togetherness at a time where the media landscape reflected the opposite.
